He has created Montessori middle schools, a school for highly gifted children, and has consulted for hundreds of schools and universities around the world. He also co-foundedFLOW, Radical Social Entrepreneurs, Conscious Capitalism, Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs, and Peace through Commerce. He is the author of The Habit of Thought: From Socratic Seminars to Socratic Practice and the lead author of Be the Solution: How Entrepreneurs and Conscious Capitalists Can Solve All the World’s Problems (along with co-authors John Mackey, Mohammad Yunus, Hernando de Soto, and others).
