Yasuhiko Genku Kimura is a philosopher; ordained Zen Buddhist priest; corporate consultant and advisor to leaders in business, science, and cultural organizations; teacher of philosophies of the East and the West; creator and leader of transformational programs; researcher of cosmology and consciousness studies; social systems theorists, translator of ancient Japanese and Chinese scriptures; and author of five books and of over 100 essays, papers, and articles.
Yasuhiko is Founder and Director of Vision-In-Action, LLC, an innovative social, corporate, and business consultancy committed to developing and implementing creative and transformative approaches to the problems and challenges facing individuals, corporations, and humanity at large, with the mission to create and realize novel solutions and new developmental pathways for the world.
Previously Yasuhiko served as the Executive Director of The Twilight Club, originally established in the late 19th century as a venerable American tradition by Herbert Spencer, Ralph Emerson, Walt Whitman, Mark Twain, Andrew Carnegie, and others, and succeeded in the 20th century by Thomas Watson, Sr., Walter Russell, Alexis Carrel, and others for the purpose of ethical uplifting of the world through the enrichment of culture.
Yasuhiko is also Co-Founder of Berlin Future Forum—a transcultural, transdisciplinary forum of thought leaders from diverse disciplines held annually for the purpose of providing new visions and solutions for the technologically advanced and advancing 21st century planetary civilization.
